    Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.


    HOHOJO service fee is non-refundable.


    HOHOJO will mediate the dispute when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.


    If guests would like to cancel the booking, he/she shall inform HOHOJO via the email account which is registered with HOHOJO and the cancellation shall only be officially enforceable after HOHOJO actually received and confirmed the cancellation with guest and host respectively.


    If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to HOHOJO within 24 hours of check-in.
